I practice Transformational Breath®, a modality of integrative breathwork that uses consciously guided breathing to support well-being, inner peace, and greater joy in life.
This work engages the body’s natural healing intelligence, helping access and integrate suppressed emotional patterns and supporting physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
How Transformational Breath® Works

What to Expect in a Session
You’ll be gently guided through conscious connected breathing, with facilitated supportive elements such as body movement, acupressure, vocal toning, and compassionate coaching. These tools help you explore and integrate whatever arises in your body, mind, and spirit, at your own pace.
